Good day fitness people. I have a question to ask. On tuesday I visited the gym, for the first time in a year, I did chest-arm exercises for 60 mins...All went well until I woke up from my slumber my 'tricep' muscles were aching and I felt they had locked since I couldn't move them flexibly without experiencing pain and discomfort around the tricept area. I later realised a strange thing...my arm muscles had increased in their size especially the one on the elbow line (don't have the right word for it) It is BIIIIG!!!! This is strange for me...I'm suspecting its the 'water weight' I've put on since also I'm working in a hotel so my diet was...still is way of bounds. Please do advice what I am doing wrong...help me to fix this problem because my muscles are painful right now. Thanking you in advanve

Wow. Thanks. Not just for this article, but for the others too. This has been very helpful. You probably saved me from overloading and overreaching.
